BOXWOOD CLEANLINESS CERTIFIED
Boxwood Blight has become an increasingly strong concern across the US as new cases continue to emerge. In February of 2018, Tennessee imposed a quarantine to prevent the spread of the disease. Other states have followed suit with tightened regulations.
Gold Family Farms, located in Oregon’s fertile Tualatin Valley has always been Boxwood Blight free. Gold Family Farms voluntarily participates in Oregon’s Boxwood Blight Cleanliness Program and is certified free of any Boxwood Blight.
You can feel confident in the high quality plants you purchase from Gold Family Farms. Our quality is home grown. We never buy-in Boxwood plants from other nurseries. We always propagate from our own host plants. We have a well trained team who regularly inspect the plants for any signs of disease. We regularly test and monitor for disease through Oregon State University and have a rigorous and continuous cleanliness program.
