

Rain Rain, It Went Away, Sunshine Is Here
Boy last week that atmospheric river sure brought a lot of water. It rained a LOT here over 3 inches so far in Oregon for the month of October. But relief came quickly, our roofs are patched after the deluge and the sun came out. The weather is beautiful now, beautiful clear blue skies and it's warm and gorgeous with fall colors. Everyone took a breather on the competitive challenges, but next week it's Halloween and we've decided to have a Potluck! We'll see who can scar


The Chili Cookoff
Sales can't pass up a contest, from week to week there is always a challenge and not satisfied with the outcome of the Pie contest another one was dreamed up. But it's all in fun. Everyone got into the act with a lot of delicious Chili entries that the entire crew got to sample and feast upon. Adding some hotdogs to be smothered in Chili was the perfect compliment along with some Flan and a few other treats. The winner hands down for this epic showdown was Brittany!!!! an


Our Secret Sauce
Well like it say's, it is a secret, but it's worth sharing that we work hard at being as efficient as possible with limited resources. Labor is tight in Oregon, we are competing with new market segments for labor that the Nursery Industry has never had to compete with before. Pie Contest
It was a last minute challenge. Our sales team, always competitive and can't resist a contest, especially with each other. Every other day the gauntlet is thrown down in the office by someone in the office and you hear the words "Challenge Accepted". Just as we think the week will end quietly, someone feigned hunger and thus our Pie contest was borne. With only a weekend+ to prep word had to spread quickly.
